This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Bizz Booster processes cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes for services purchased through our website or via payment gateways including PhonePe.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Services

Branding & Consulting
Business Growth Services
As these are digital and service-based offerings, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
Strategy development
Research
Ad account setup
SEO audits
Campaign setup
Content planning
Design work
3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If your payment is:
Deducted but confirmation is not received, or
Deducted more than once

After verification with the payment gateway (including PhonePe), eligible refunds for failed or duplicate transactions will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will:
Be processed within 7–10 business days.
Be credited to the original mode of payment only.
Exclude non-refundable gateway processing charges (if applicable).
The timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Completed digital marketing services
Delivered reports, audits, or strategies
Customized website development
Paid ad spend already utilized
Third-party tool subscriptions purchased on client’s behalf
Consultation or strategy sessions already conducted
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first:
We reserve the right to suspend all services immediately.
Legal action may be taken in case of fraudulent disputes.
All supporting documents, agreements, and proof of work will be submitted to the payment gateway and bank.
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating disputes.
7. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with our service:
Please notify us in writing within 3 days of service delivery.
We will review the issue and may offer revisions where applicable.
Refunds will not be issued solely due to subjective dissatisfaction once agreed services are delivered.
